This is a full-body, functional strength class that includes cardio, strength and core exercises. Tuesday class is aimed and increasing functional strength, mobility, and stability for runners  Can be adapted to any fitness level.  Participants will need to bring their own mat, towel, water, and dumbbells to class.  I’m excited to help you move more freely in your body and mind.  Lets Fly Strong Together.
