We will work the entire body is 60 minutes.  We will warm up with core and glute work followed by a Total Body Circuit, that will focus on strength and core.  We will round it all out with a few cardio bursts.  Can be adapted to all fitness levels.  Members will need to bring their own mat, towel, and dumbbells.  If class size grows beyond 6, we will move class to Rick Rice Park.
