You will need a variety of dumbbells (heavy and medium) Barbell and Kettlebells are optional; a mat; a foam roller; water; and your own music. Modify where necessary, and listen to your body. If an exercise hurts your joints, discontinue and get a form check from myself or a personal trainer. Please message me for any questions or concerns.
