This is a total body workout including strength, functional movements, core, and a few cardio bursts. You will need a mat, dumbbells, bands, medicine ball if you have one, and a step or plates to elevate the foot for your lunge. Modify where necessary. Listen to your body. If a movement hurts your joints, choose a different movement that does not hurt and get a form check to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly.
