This hour long workout focuses mainly on Squat, Hinge, and Lunge to work the lower body. However, we add in core, cardio bursts, and functional movements to round out the workout. You will need heavy weights, medium weights, a mat, and a chair or bench for this workout. Optional Bands and medicine balls as well. Please modify where necessary. If a movement hurts your joints, stop and consult with a professional for form check.
