Cross Training for Runners/leg day

You will need dumbbells, a chair/bench/step, mat, and bands for this class. We work upper body, lower body, core, and dynamic movements that is great cross training for runners. As usual, modify where necessary. If an exercise hurts your joints, it is not the right exercise for you.
