This group of videos is specifically designed for cross training and injury prevention for runners... although it will benefit just about everyone. It is not inclusive of all exercises that would benefit runners, but is sweet selection. Listen to your body, modify where necessary. Move through pain free range of motion, and get a form check from a professional if anything feels wrong/off/ painful.
