This workout can be broken into 2 smaller workouts or 1 long workout. You will need a mat, dumbbells, and a chair or bench for this workout. Listen to your body and modify where necessary. If You have DR, you will not not do V-ups but will do a C Hold or Table Top Leg Drop. Message me for details.
