Try to pick weight where you can fatigue at 4 sets of 7-10 reps. You will need dumbells or Kettle Bells, mat, and a bench or box, and paper plates/sliders/ or stability ball. Modify where necessary. If you are a beginner, you can start lighter and go for 10-15 reps rather than heavier shorter sets. Listen to your body and modify where necessary.
