We work the whole body in 50 minutes, but if you are short on time, you can break this into 2 workouts. You will need dumbbells, a mat, a chair and optional step or bench. MODIFY where necessary and listen to your body. If it hurts... dont do it. Pick an option that feels good for your body. Audio is a bit weird for a couple minutes there.. but then it gets corrected by the end of the warm up.
