We had some technical difficulties at 45 minutes in.. sorry about that... Just keep pushing through the amrap... and it all gets ironed out by the end of the 3 minutes. You will need a set of heavy dumbbells (10-20 lbs), and medium heavy (8-10 lbs)s, a band, sliders/paper plates/frisbees (for eccentric Glute Bridges), a mat, your own MUSIC, and a bench or chair. Modify where necessary. Listen to your body. If a move does not feel good... modify!!! And have fun! Its LEG DAY!!
