This total body workout includes a warm up of dynamic movements and core followed by 2 strength blocks. If you are short on time, you can break this workout into 2 sessions by completing the warm up followed by 1 block and a cool down. You will need a mat and dumbbells. Listen to your body and modify where necessary.
