This is one of my favorite workouts of the year. I apologize for the poor audio on this recording. You are welcome to screen shot the board and complete on your own... but please listen to your Body and modify where necessary. If a move does not feel good... adjust it for what your body can do today. The point is to keep moving through the holiday season. You will need dumbbells, a mat, and a medicine ball (optional).
