This is our 3rd time going through this set of strength movements. We will warm up with Core and Glute work followed by 3 sets of 6 movements (45 seconds each). You will need heavy and medium heavy dumbells, a mat, and a chair for this workout. Please modify movements if they do not feel good for your body.
