This is a full-body, functional strength class that includes Strength, mobility, Core and some agility exercises. This class is aimed at increasing functional strength, mobility, and stability for runners, but will benefit non runners as well. The movements can be adapted to any fitness level. Participants will need to bring their own mat, towel, water, and dumbbells to class. I’m excited to help you move more freely in your body and mind. Lets Fly Strong Together.
